"Our family has been seeing Dr. Hiramoto for the past two plus years. He is an excellent Dentist, knowledgeable, skilled, very gentle and caring, especially with my Special Needs son who requires a lot of patience. When faced with my chipped tooth, Dr. Hiramoto explained in detail my options, the pros and cons of each, as well as his recommendation. He provides the patient with enough information to make a good decision which is exactly what I want in a health care provider. His staff is excellent as well, we have been having Juliette clean our teeth for over 30 years and it's always done well with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend Dr. Hiramoto, there are no cons, only excellent dental care."

"Dr. Ertel and his Staff are very professional and provide the utmost quality care and professional service. This visit I was very impressed with the new up-to-date teeth cleaning process. While I was a bit intimidated at first because it was something that reminded me of my years past experiences with other dentists, when it was all over it was actually a much better process than the scraping of the teeth both front and back. "I'm really glad to have this opportunity to provide feedback. We're new to the island, needed to find a good fit for a dentist, and obtained an appointment on advice from a friend. I was welcomed by the administrative team and confirmed expenses I should expect to incurand was pleased to learn my military retiree dental insurance covered all but state tax. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the quality of care and thoroughness of Dr Lee and hygienist Janet. Dr Lee examined my new x-rays, examined my teeth and made notes, listened to me, and talked with me. That took more than 30 minutes, but it was time well spent. I felt like Dr Lee was competent, engaged, and genuinely cared about my oral health and what I said. I have had a couple of good dentists but never one so thorough. I was really pleased. I think Dr Lee established a really good baseline from which to build on with respect to my care. Janet was also thorough cleaning my teeth. Unlike some hygienists I've had over the last 50 or so years, I've never had such a thorough cleaning and by someone who never hurt me. On top of all this, Janet was just a pleasant person to talk with. On the way out I was able to schedule my next exam six months into the future easily. I thank God we found this dentist and dental firm."
